{"id":15164,"date":"2024-04-20T18:35:04","date_gmt":"2024-04-20T16:35:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rg16.at\/?p=15164"},"modified":"2024-04-20T18:35:04","modified_gmt":"2024-04-20T16:35:04","slug":"molekularbiologisches-praktikum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rg16.at\/index.php\/2024\/04\/20\/molekularbiologisches-praktikum\/","title":{"rendered":"Molekularbiologisches Praktikum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zum Abschluss des Biologieunterrichts besuchten die 8A- und 8B-Klasse des NAWI-Zweiges das <strong>Vienna Open Lab,<\/strong> ein Mitmachlabor im Vienna Biocenter in St. Marx.<\/p>\n<p>Die <strong>8A<\/strong> durfte hierbei einen Kriminalfall l\u00f6sen. Aus drei Spuren, die am Tatort gefunden wurden, wie Blut, Speichel und Hautschuppen, wurde die DNA isoliert. Von diesen Spuren wie auch von den sieben Verd\u00e4chtigen wurde anschlie\u00dfend der genetische Fingerabdruck mithilfe der Polymerasekettenreaktion (=PCR-Methode) und Gelelektrophorese bzw. eines Bioanalyzer-Chips angefertigt. Am Ende konnte dadurch tats\u00e4chlich der vermeintliche T\u00e4ter \u00fcberf\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die <strong>8B<\/strong> durfte ihre eigenen Zellen auf das \u201eClock-Gen\u201c untersuchen und somit herausfinden, ob sie genetisch gesehen eher Kurzschl\u00e4fer oder Langschl\u00e4fer sind. Hier wurde die eigene DNA aus Mundschleimhautzellen isoliert, mithilfe der PCR vervielf\u00e4ltigt, Restriktionsenzyme zum Schneiden der Gene hinzugegeben und zur Sichtbarmachung die Gelelektrophorese durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>In beiden Kursen erhielten die Sch\u00fcler*innen einen ersten Eindruck vom molekularbiologischen Arbeiten mit g\u00e4ngigen Methoden wie Pipettieren, PCR-Methode, Gelelektrophorese etc. und erkannten dabei auch, dass man als Wissenschaftler*in viel Geduld und Genauigkeit braucht, um aussagekr\u00e4ftige Ergebnisse zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\t\t<div
