{"id":11043,"date":"2020-01-30T16:31:12","date_gmt":"2020-01-30T15:31:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rg16.at\/?p=11043"},"modified":"2020-01-30T16:31:12","modified_gmt":"2020-01-30T15:31:12","slug":"3-2-1-box","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rg16.at\/index.php\/2020\/01\/30\/3-2-1-box\/","title":{"rendered":"3..2..1 Box"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Am 19.12.19 veranstalteten wir einen Projektnachmittag im Turnsaal, der \u00fcber den Boxsport informieren sollte und ein voller Erfolg war.<\/p>\n<p>Boxen ist ein in Verruf geratener Sport und in \u00d6sterreich leider nicht weit verbreitet, daher auch das Anliegen, diesen Sport vorzustellen und die Vorurteile etwas zu mindern. Mit Hilfe der \u00f6sterreichischen Staatsmeisterin Michaela Kotaskova und Sewak Burushian aus dem Boxteam Bounce ist uns das sehr gut gelungen.<\/p>\n<p>Im ersten Teil unseres Programms gab es einen \u00fcberaus informativen und interessanten Vortrag \u00fcber Kotaskovas Werdegang im Boxsport und \u00fcber den Kampfsport selbst. Durch die interaktive Pr\u00e4sentation blieben keine Fragen offen. Weiter ging es mit dem praktischen Teil, dem Vorf\u00fchren des speziellen Erw\u00e4rmens und dem \u201ePratzentraining\u201c. Das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Highlight war die Boxgrundschule, welche die TeilnehmerInnen mit Begeisterung ausprobiert haben.<\/p>\n<p>Durch am Ende ausgeteilte Frageb\u00f6gen beendeten wir das Projekt mit ausschlie\u00dflich positivem Feedback. Dies hat uns sehr begeistert und wir freuen uns auf weitere erfolgreiche Veranstaltungen.<\/p>\n<p>Projektteam: Anastasija Lukajic 7B, Gabriela Radosavljevic 7C, Jasper Bruns 7B und Nikola Putnik
